How to Navigate the UBT Business Tab Menu
The details below provide information about what each tab encompasses.
Send Money: This tab allows you to send money out of your accounts. You can access internal transfers and loan payments from this tab or you can access the Payment Hub, which lets you send or collect ACH, send wires, and make other one-time or recurring payments. You can also managed payment recipients and view your online activity.
Receive Money: You can use this tab to access Desktop Teller, the Payment Hub, and your online activity.
Risk & Reporting: This tab lets you request a stop payment on a check, run and download reports (depending on your access level), view your paperless statements, access Positive Pay, and view your online activity.
Settings: This tab has options for you to view your paperless statements, if available. You can also update your password or login ID and review your login security options. You can update your delivery methods for two-step login authentication. This tab also gives you the option to manage your homepage dashboard and account visibility as well as adjust accessibility settings.
Messages: Send and receive messages from UBT Customer Support.
Connect: This tab is a place to find resources, to get additional help, find a UBT location, and set up and manage Alerts.
