Downloading the UBT Business Mobile App
Follow the steps below to access and enroll in the UBT Business mobile app.
The UBT Business mobile app offers you the opportunity to access your business banking even if you are away from your office. Follow the instructions below based on your device type and conversion date to access the app following the conversion to UBT Business.
Apple® users
If you are an existing Business Banking Online (BBO) app user, your app will automatically update to the new UBT Business app if your app is the most recent version. If you open the BBO app before the automatic update has occurred for your device, you will be prompted to update the app.
If you are not an existing BBO app user, you can search the Apple App Store® for the UBT Business app and then download it.
If you were using the Test Flight app, you will need to delete the test app. If you deleted your BBO app or never had the app, you will need to download the UBT Business app from the Apple App Store®. If you already had the BBO app and still have it on your device, then it will automatically update.
Android™ users
If you are an existing BBO app user, your app will automatically update to the new UBT Business app if your app is the most recent version. If you open the BBO app before the automatic update has occurred for your device, you will be prompted to update the app.
If you are not an existing BBO app user, you can search the Google Play™ store for the UBT Business app and then download it.
If you were using the beta/test app from the Google Play™ store ahead of June 4, you will need to delete the beta/test app. If you deleted your BBO app or never had the app, you will need to download the UBT Business app from Google Play™. If you already had the BBO app and still have it on your device, then it will automatically update.
Logging in
Once you have access to the UBT Business app, you'll enter your login ID and UBT Business password. If you haven't yet accepted the Terms & Conditions, you may be prompted to do so.
