Adjusting Settings & Preferences in UBT Business

Here’s a breakdown of what you can do in the Settings menu and how it enhances your banking experience.

Update Your Password

To update your password:

  1. Navigate to the Settings menu.
  2. Select Change Password.
  3. Enter your current password and your new one.
  4. Confirm and save.

Manage Login ID

  • In the Settings menu, click Update Login ID or a similarly labeled option.
  • You will be prompted to enter a new Login ID. Make sure your new ID meets any character or length requirements (e.g., no special characters, minimum length).
  • Type your new Login ID.
  • Confirm the change by re-entering your current password.
  • Click Save or Submit. You may receive a confirmation message or email verifying the change.

The next time you log in, use your new Login ID along with your existing password.

Statement Access

To view statements:

  1. Go to Settings > Statements.
  2. Select the account.
  3. Choose the statement period.
  4. View or download in your preferred format.

This feature supports better record-keeping and reduces reliance on mailed documents.

Homepage Customization

Your homepage is your command center. UBT allows you to:

  • Set a default landing page (e.g., Accounts, Transfers, Approvals)
  • Hide or show specific accounts
  • Rename accounts using nicknames for easier identification

For example, you might rename “Business Checking 1234” to “Payroll Account” or “Main Operating.” These nicknames are carried over from the previous system and can be updated at any time. You can also rearrange account groups, collapse or expand sections, or hide unused accounts from the dashboard
