Reports in UBT Business 

 How to set up and export reports in UBT Business

UBT’s reporting tools help you analyze and document your financial activity. While Activity Statements are available for both corporate and business customers, generating reports is only a feature for corporate customers.

Reports are available in:

  • CSV
  • PDF
  • BAI format (for integration with accounting systems)
Here are some types of reports available in UBT Business:
  • Activity statements
  • User activity reports
  • Budget reports
  • Custom reports (user-defined filters and formats)

How to generate a report

This feature is only available for corporate customers. 

  1. Go to the Reports section.
  2. Choose your report type.
  3. Select the account(s) and date range.
  4. Choose your format (CSV, PDF, BAI).
  5. Run the report on demand or schedule it for automatic delivery.

Important: Reports cannot be emailed. You must log in to download them securely.

Other features

If you have recurring reports, you can set up scheduled reports to run daily, weekly, or monthly. Reports are generated early in the morning and ready when you log in. This is ideal for things like:

  • Daily reconciliation
  • Weekly cashflow reviews
  • Monthly board reporting

Additionally, please note that within the reporting feature of UBT Business: 

  • Users only see reports for accounts they have access to.
  • Sensitive data is protected through secure login and encryption.
